WORKING ON MY FITNESS: MY JAMS

what are you listening to?


I have been getting a lot of questions about my workouts and what I have been eating lately and I have been trying to think of a way to organize the posts, how to break them down, and where to start. So I think I am going to start with the music. This plays a huge role for my workouts because I do not workout on my own without the tunes. I like organizing my playlist before my run, trip to the gym, or my workouts at home. If I follow along to a video I mute the person or music and blast mine. Good music = More energy. This is my time to just zone out in my own little world and work on me.

15lbs!!! That is amazing, you look fantastic! I've got 10lbs to lose so kept these "how to" posts coming.
