5  Brandi loves a good opportunity to moon her friends.  

4  She is forever 16. In looks, spirit, activity, right down to the tv shows she keeps up with (including but not limited to Carrie Diaries, Vampire Diaries and The Bachelor of course).

3  One of her go to dance moves is a Billy Blanks kickboxing combo. It's pretty special.

2  She claims she's not a dog person, but I've never seen her meet a dog that didn't end up on her lap or by her side.

1  She's the boss. Doesn't matter who you are, she's the boss lady :)


Happy Birthday seester! You are such a bright light in my life and the best big sister any gal could hope for. I look forward to the adventures this year will bring you (and us!). Let's party.

// ipod - my friend Russel told me to listen to Clocks as I was about to land and, so I did. It was kinda perfect... but my all time favorite song to listen to on a plane is Halycon On and On from Hackers. I saw this movie when I was 14 and this song always got me. I would close my eyes and imagine I was sitting next to Johnny Lee Miller.

// Sweater - because I get cold then hot then cold again, and you can always bunch it up and hug it
// My Neck Pillow - They really do make a difference and they keep you from losing your chin.

Even though Houston weather has us all believing Summer never ends, our schedules have us facing the facts... It's time to bid farewell to Summer.

Brandi is heading to California for a week, then we are both off to Marfa for a week, and then there's wedding stuff and Pinpoint interviews lined up through the end of the year, so it's time for us to get our game faces on. Because of our crazy work schedules, we are closing down / placing on hold the Bueno shop for a few months. It was a difficult decision at first, but when we thought about quality and timeliness, the decision became easy. We are planning a strong re launch, but for now things in the shop are on hold, but we will still be posting Monday - Friday here on MMBB.
