I'm a little late on the juice train. I mean... I frequent Juicy in the Sky and Flow Juice Bar, I also drink the juice my friends make but I have never made my own until this week. I watched Fat Sick and Nearly Dead 1 and 2 and I watched another food documentary and it really made me want to juice daily. They got me! Now I'm not talking full on juice cleanse but I want to juice a couple times a day to make sure I'm getting all my veggie and fruit intake. It's crazy how many people don't like fruits and vegetables! I was shocked by all the interviews on these documentaries. People really don't have a clue about nutrition, and people who do know still choose fake food over real food. I admit being guilty of this at times. Anyway,  I highly recommend watching if you are interested in health or prolonging your life.
